Alexis Hardy
My name is Alexis Hardy and I’m a 29
year old New Yorker . I have a wonderful husband and a darling one year old
daughter who gives me plenty of reasons to take pictures every single day!
I seem to find my best inspiration from eating chocolate and blasting my
favorite CD’s as I create. I love to have every scrap item I own splayed out
around me on the floor so I can find the most unique mixture of elements
possible. I think I take the award for the most chaotic scrapper in the world!
I taught 3rd grade before having my daughter and
becoming a stay at home mom. I am honored to be a designer for 3 Bugs in a Rug,
Hambly Screen Prints, and Pink Martini. I am also the design team coordinator
for a wonderful kit club, www.ScrapHype.com. When I’m not creating layouts,
altered art and paper designs, I love to spend time with my family or snuggle up
to a good historical fiction book late at night.
